On 07.10.2022 the ceremonial farewell of our highly esteemed colleague Prof. Dr. Bernd Heimrich took place. Together with colleagues and friends from Heidelberg, Frankfurt, Berlin and Freiburg, we indulged in pleasant memories and celebrated his 28 years in Freiburg.
Prof. Heimrich was professor at the Department of Neuroanatomy of the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology since 2003 (see detailed CV).
We thank him for his excellent work, commitment, help and advice throughout the years and we wish him all the best for the future.
