Posted on 17 Feb at 9:53 am

The Neuroanatomical Departments of the University of Basel and the University of Freiburg are offering a joint Human Brain Anatomy course for graduate students and early post-doctoral researchers in Neuroscience.

This course provides an opportunity to study human neuroanatomy through hands-on dissection and comparative analysis of human and rodent brains. Participants will gain insights into neuroanatomical structures that are most relevant to neurological diseases.

Course Details

Dates: April 24–25, 2025
Locations: University of Basel (April 24) & University of Freiburg (April 25)
Eligibility: Graduate students and post-doctoral researchers (up to two years after graduation) from Neuroscience laboratories associated with the two universities
Participant Limit: 24 students (12 from each university)

Registration Deadline: March 16, 2025
