We are celebrating Sigrun Nestel’s 40th anniversary at the Institute of Anatomy and Cell Biology.
Over these four decades, her dedication and expertise in electron microscopy have been an invaluable cornerstone of our institute.
Her remarkable expertise has consistently supported our meticulous exploration of the intricate structural details of complex neuronal networks; more recently, expanding this knowledge into the assessment of human cortical networks.
